What: A new group for anyone interested in learning (or learning more!) about homeopathy and homeopathic medicine. The group is designed to run initially from April to June, 6 sessions in all.
When: 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, 10.30 to 12.30. (The first meeting will be on April 4th.)
Where: At the convener’s house in Banner Road, Montpelier, Bristol 6.
This group is for anyone interested in finding out about homeopathic medicine. No prior knowledge of homeopathy is required to join, but regular ‘users’ who would like to know more will also profit from it. Meetings will be convened by a qualified homeopath, and will basically take the form of a taught course, but with as much input from other group members as possible. Together we will look at the principles behind homeopathy, how it works, its history, and its range of application today. We will study 20-30 common remedies that can safely and easily be used at home by the layman to treat minor ailments, accidents and injuries.
As this is a short course participants will get most out of it by attending every session. It is also fine to come for one or two ‘taster’ sessions to see whether it might be your sort of thing or not.
Places available. For further info or to join the group, contact the convener.
Contact before coming; 6 steps up to front door; Meter parking locally but finding a space may not be easy; 7 mins walk from all buses up and down Stokes Croft/Gloucester Road.
