Tai Chigong for All, Westbury-on-Trym
What it is: A combination of exercises from Tai Chi and ChiGong
When it is: Mondays weekly except bank holidays, 10.30 - 12.

We practice this method of gentle exercises under the guidance of an experienced teacher.
- 24 Simplified Yang School Tai Chi. The circular movements are slow and uninterrupted like a flowing stream.
- 18 Chi Gong. Chi Gong translates from Chinese as inner energy. This breathing exercise is to expand, contract, lower, raise, twist, etc. the DanTian muscles. As inner energy builds 'Chi' flows through the meridian channels to improve stability, balance and promote good health.
