Gardens: In My Back Yard, South Bristol
What it is: An informal group who have an interest in plants and garden design, and would like to see and learn from others' gardens in the area.
When it is: Usually 4th Wednesday of each month, 2pm - 4pm. (We occasionally change the date if it's more convenient.)
Where it is: At members' gardens in South Bristol.
Members visit each other's gardens, patios, etc. to share experience and expertise, swap seeds, cuttings and seedlings according to season, discuss problem plants and bugs and share ideas and inspiration according to ability.
This could offer an aid to other gardens with 'problem' plants and beds.
We might visit gardens open to the public, if the interest is there.
No expertise necessary, just an interest in improving your own and others' gardens.
For further details or to express an interest see Convenor's contact details in the latest Annual Bulletin, click on the pigeon 'send a message' link, or send an email via the Contact Us Page to the South Bristol Groups coordinator.
Contact before coming. Probably some steps. The facilities available will differ with each
