What: Gentle exercise to improve posture, health and self-esteem
When is it: Wednesdays at 10,30-11,30am, weekly.

Please wear comfortable clothing and light shoes. Exercises will be adapted for those who find getting on to the floor a problem. We go for coffee after the session if you would like to join us.
Uptake has been good for this group, and participants have enjoyed the sessions.
The leader's background was originally in ballet, and she now has nearly 20 year's experience in teaching fitness to over-60s.
