Family History Research, Henleaze
What is it: A friendly group where we discuss the latest sources of information to become available, and share tips and techniques. This is not a course as such – members’ interests and experience are too diverse for that, but we can point beginners in the right direction and offer support. We have books to borrow and magazines to share. Group members bring along ideas or objects to show and discuss.
We have recently been working on some of our ancestors' occupations and will probably continue with this occasional theme.
When is it: The 1st Monday of the month from 2 to 4 pm, though we sometimes alter a date because of Bank Holidays.
Where is it: Wildcroft House, Henleaze Road. Near Waitrose. Bus no.2 (5 mins). Street parking only. Please contact for entry details and directions.
There will be a small charge for refreshments.
