Textiles South of the River
What: We are a friendly and informal sewing bee rather than a serious learning group, and we share our various skills in knitting, crochet, embroidery, felt-making, quilting and patchwork. We meet monthly to swap ideas and tips, to admire and encourage each other's work, and to experiment with new things. We also seem to eat quite a lot of cake.
When is it: Monthly on last Wednesday afternoon from 2.00pm.
Where is it: In members' homes in BS3 and BS4.
Currently the group has space for one or two members. If you are interested in starting another group, we will be very happy to help get things going.
