MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Membership Renewal Letter will be distributed early August each year and will have the details on how to renew.
MEMBERSHIP CLASS, FEES AND PERIOD
Membership Period: September to August the following year.
The following Membership Classes are available:
Full Membership: valid for all our organised activities and participation in our management.
Associated Membership: is available for full members of another u3a allowing Monthly Meeting, AGM Attendance and participation in all events.
Free Associated Membership: is available where we have a reciprocal agreement to allow members to attend each others Group Activities and by invitation Other events. Such agreement currently exist with Newhaven and Peacehaven only.

MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION, CHANGES AND RENEWAL
NEW MEMBERS ONLY
You can join Brighton Five Deans u3a by printing and filling out this form: New Members Form, download the form New Members Form for Word or requesting the Form from the Membership Secretary which can then be either
- posted to the Membership Secretary,
- brought to the Group Activities Renewal Day, or
- brought to the monthly meeting.
MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
Please use the posted letter form when submitting your payment to the Membership Secretary and a membership card will be sent to you.
ONLINE AMENDMENTS TO PERSONAL DETAILS FOR EXISTING MEMBERS
Please use this link: Online for Existing Members if you at any time need to change registered information which is in the letter sent annually to you in the beginning of August.
Known Issues:
PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THE FLAT/NO/HOUSE AND STREET/BUILDING NAME ADDRESS FIELDS AS CORRECT (AND ODD) FORMATTING IS NEEDED
Shared postal address members who only use one email address will only be able to login to one account. In order to login to the second account an e-mail address needs to be provided.
