Walking (5-7 miles)
These walks are intended for those who would like more than a stroll but less than a route-march! They are 5-7 miles long and mostly graded ‘moderate’ ie walking about about 2.5 miles per hour, with some inclines on the route. Terrain may be rough in places so stout walking shoes are highly desirable.
We arrange car sharing between ourselves. All walks are circular and usually start from the pub in which we will be lunching. Walks start at 10.00 unless otherwise advised. All members are encouraged to lead a walk
