Musical Appreciation 2
Members of Music Appreciation 2 meet on the second Tuesday afternoon of the month, from 14:30 to 16:00, usually in Jessopp Ave, Bridport. DT6 4AS. Phone = 07528 105977, the group is full.
Our aim is to explore Western classical music from the sixteenth century to the present day. Each afternoon follows a programme compiled and presented by a member, perhaps on a specific theme, composer or instrument using CDs, DVDs, online videos or live music.
We hope to cater for all tastes: whether you have a particular passion for an aspect of classical music that you are willing to share, a collection of recorded performances that others might like, or would like to listen to and discuss music in a friendly atmosphere.
