What is Yoga? At one end of the spectrum it is a way of life. At the other end it is a social time, allotted each week to encompass a gentle way of keeping the body mobile. About the Friday Group: 1 We sit on chairs to warm up lazy muscles; 2 Have a good laugh to energize the breathing system; 3 Stand to help coordination and balance; 4 Get moving to raise the energy level; 5 And then lie on a mat to have a rest (don't believe that!); 6 Then finish with a glorious relaxation. Going home feeling great (you can believe that).
