Play reading

Usually the Playreading Group meets each term on Thursday afternoons over three consecutive weeks to read through and discuss a play. Due to the cancellation of all meetings for the foreseeable future Playreading must be abandoned for the time being.
This is particularly disappointing, because as a result of the successful reading of Sophocles' "Oedipus Rex" in the Spring Term, it was agreed to tackle another Greek play and I have acquired a set of Sophocles "Antigone" for the Summer. The copies will of course, keep, and I will have them to hand whenever life returns to some wort of normality and Playreading can be resumed. jh
