Please note that Downloaded files are usually PDF files. PDF is a format especially for the web and you only need the Free Software "Adobe Reader" to be able to open it. If you do not have it then you can easily google for "Adobe Reader Download" and then download and get the latest version and keep it on your system. Any downloaded files will normally appear in your Windows Explorer Downloads Folder.
