Classical Music

GROUP LEADERDavid Moisey01 778 421 864

Meeting Dates 3rd Tuesday of the month in the Afternoon

The aim of the group is to share the experience of listening to recorded classical music.

Many people, have in the past, and still do, attend concerts. However convenience and cost can be an issue. The group provide the opportunity to meet, not only to continue to share a mutual interest with others, but, for the uninitiated, to experience and enjoy what millions of people do every day. The group meet from autumn to spring with various members presenting a programme of their favourite music. There is no requirement to present a programme and no knowledge of music is needed; just sit and listen, have a cup of tea and a natter and go home with the sound of glorious music ringing in your ears.
