THE SOCIAL COMMITTEE ORGANISES A RANGE OF DIFFERENT OUTINGS, VISITS, THEATRE TRIPS, ETC, COVERING A WIDE VARIETY OF INTERESTS
Enjoy a good excursion in the company of like-minded people with a trip to the country, the theatre, beautiful gardens, canal boat rides, cream teas, or a famous place.
The Social Committee organises events that are open to all BNB U3A members.
The organisers are very happy to take suggestions for places to go and things to do and will always try to fit in with the membership’s requirements and wishes.
An advanced programme of visits is always on the website and if you wish to join in come along to one of the monthly meetings and discuss the event with Carol, or give her a call about a particular event.
There is a booking system when deposits should be paid to show intent to attend, with all balances to be paid before the actual date of the event.
Trips organised by local coach companies are also highlighted and seats can be booked through the Social Committee.
Whether its gardens, theatre trips, canal boat rides, afternoon tea, the cinema or something exotic (a recent visit to the coffin factory was a huge hit) the Social Committee will be able to help.
