This Group meets at the United Reformed Church Hall every Tuesday from 10.15 - 11.50am.
This is an Intermediate level class and is limited to a maximum of 18 people and is taught by a fully qualified Instructor.
Pilates is a form of exercise which is meant to be a complete mind and body experience that helps strengthen core muscles and improve body awareness. Movements (many of which are floor based on a mat) should be performed in a flowing, smooth and controlled manner with emphasis on correct body alignment.
The cost currently works out at £4 per class but payment is made for sessions of 4 weeks (£16). Classes run throughout the year.
