This Group meets in the Hub Church, Portland Road every Friday 10.30a.m. to 11.30a.m.
The activities involve aerobic movement to music followed by body toning exercises with bands and some abdominal strengthening exercises, all under the supervision of a qualified instructor.
Payment of £12 is made currently for a session of 4 classes. Newcomers are invited to participate in a 'Taster class' at a cost of £3.00 to help them decide if they want to join the group. Classes take place almost continuously throughout the year except in August.
