Camera Group (3)
This newly formed group has made an enthusiastic start. Activities have continued through the holiday period with various workshops. These workshops have included:-
Still Life. Members brought in various items and were used with a mixture of lighting styles to photograph.
Portrait Photography. Group members took the opportunity to sit for a session and then to swap places and become the photographer. Much fun was had by all.
Water Movement. A session was held in a members garden exploring the effects of water bombs exploding, fruit being dropped into a tank of water, inverting an opened bottle of water, and capturing the effect of running water onto the back of a spoon. The finale was dropping water bombs onto the leaders grandson's head.
Depth of Field. Using different Aperture settings to explore the depth of focus with a photograph.
As Autumn and Winter approach, the group expect to be busy with many workshops and field trips to capture the seasons as they change.
This group will meet in the Tesco Community Room on Thursday afternoon 1st & 3rd Thurs at 2pm until 4pm.
