Readers who would like to find out about the U3A are very welcome to join us at the Memorial Hall at 2.00pm on the third Thursday of each month (except August). Talks are free to U3A members but non-members are charged a nominal one-off visit fee of £1 (subsequent visits will attract full membership).


All U3A members are welcome as are people interested in joining. Held on 4th Friday of the month (except August and December) at the Lairgate Hotel from 10.00am to 12.00 noon

Coffee Mornings are open to new and existing members.

This is an opportunity for an insight into the group.
You will be shown the different types of nature that have
been seen and photographed, the places that have been
visited during the year and the chance to meet the people.

The group normally meet on the first Monday in the month

If you like to go for a meander in the country side,
then this group could be for You!

Note: Because the room is free we are expected to buy
a tea or coffee.
