Berwyn and District U3A use a cloud based membership management system called Beacon to store information about our members and interest groups. Beacon was created by U3A volunteers specifically for the purpose and it is supported by the Third Age Trust. Access to members information is strictly controlled within Berwyn and District U3A by your Committee. Click Privacy Policy to read more about what we collect and why.
Members Portal

Members must have a membership account.
For a detailed explanation please watch Registering to use the Portal.
As a registered membership account holder you can click Members Portal to check that the information we hold about you is correct. You can also correct any error we may have made.
Near the top of the portal page there is a link in blue text
Return to Berwyn U3A website which will log you out and bring you back to this website.
Below that is a menu allowing you to select from:
- Berwyn U3A groups
- Calendar of meetings and events
- Update your personal details
When you have selected any of these there will be an additional link at the top of the page to Members Portal
This will take you back to the menu page.
If you cannot log in to the portal page please contact the webmaster.
