Week 12

Many thanks go to our judges, twenty eight of our members who took the trouble to cast their votes for their favourites.
The clear winner was Mo with seven votes for first place and a further five placing her photo "Golden anniversary rose" second or third. Iola's sunny "Yellow meadow" finished in a strong second place with Francesca's "Homemade sunshine for a grey day." a close third. A diverse range of pictures attracted an equally wide range of support and no fewer than twelve photos were selected in first place by someone!
We introduced an additional "wild card" vote last week so that members could choose a picture which appealed to them even if it was not a "best photograph". While a few people picked the same photo they had made their first place choice, the most popular was Fransis' brightly clad optimist watering his foxgloves in case of sunshine!
