Tai Chi 1
(The following information applies to Groups Tai Chi 1, 2 & Seated)
The slow-motion movements of Tai Chi provide improved physical movement, calm and release stress from the nerves and mind. We study a modified form Tai Chi Yang style with emphasis on the health benefits. For those with less mobility we also offer a Seated Tai Chi session to allow all to improve their health and fitness, without the fall risk. But the most important thing to us, is that you enjoy your session of Tai Chi, whichever one you do.
All sessions are held at St Aidan's Hall, Church Street.
Tuesday 9:30 - 10:30 For beginners and the more experienced who wish to brush up on early skills.
Thursday 9:30 - 10:00 For beginners and the more experienced who wish to brush up on early skills.
Thursday 10:05 - 11:05 For intermediate and beginners who wish to learn more.
Thursday 11:15 - 12:15 For intermediate but all welcome
Thursday 14:00 - 15:00 Seated Tai Chi for those with less nimble legs
