Tai Chi & Seated Tai Chi
The slow-motion movements of Tai Chi provide improved physical movement and help to relieve stress. We study a modified form Tai Chi Yang style with the emphasis on the health benefits. But the most important thing to us, is that you enjoy your session of Tai Chi whilst practising this ancient Chinese Art. New members are always welcome.
Tuesday morning 9:30 - 10:30 Beginners
Thursday morning 9:30 - 10:30 & 10:45 - 11:45
All sessions are held at St Aidan's Hall, Church St, Berwick upon Tweed.
We also run a SEATED Tai Chi session to allow those members with less nimble legs to gain similar health benefits to the Tai Chi members. The seated sessions are held on Thursday afternoons 2 pm - 3 pm at St Aidan's Hall.
