The book we will use as our guide will be Staying Healthy with Nutrition by Doctor Elson M Haas.
We will discuss the Government's recommendations for healthy eating; the latest research into vitamins, minerals and amino acids etc, what they do and how we cannot live without them.
We will sample foods and consider what we need to add to a recipe to give extra health benefits.
