2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The 2023 Annual General Meeting was held at 2pm on Tuesday 26 September 2023 at Richmond Hall. Thank you to all those attending.
With Marion standing down as Chair we are particularly thankful to her for her leadership over the last 4 years, throughout the period of Covid and for maintaining and enhancing the activities of our u3a as well as the overall membership numbers. Thank you Marion.
Election of new Chair
We are pleased to confirm that Fred Simpkins stood for Chair and was elected unanimously. Thank you Fred for volunteering to fill this vital post.
The Meeting also approved the 2023 Accounts and the 2022 AGM Minutes. Along with the draft 2023 AGM minutes, these will shortly be added to the right hand column on this page for your information.
