Aims

Our aim is to make our trips as enjoyable and varied as possible, with consideration to learning, fun and friendship whilst keeping the costs affordable.

Sometimes we have late cancellations in which case you may receive a call if your name is on the waiting list, so do not give up if you think the list is full, you may still have a chance. It is sometimes worth contacting me to check.

If you find that you are unable to keep a booking you have made let me know, as it will free the place for someone else. Remember to write what you are paying for on the back of your cheques and, if you have them ready at the general meeting, it will speed things up.

Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any ideas you wish to share.

Important Notices

When booking a place on any activity, your place is not guaranteed until you have paid in full and you have received your ticket. If you have not paid in full by the specified date, your place may be given to another person.

If any trip includes food please advise Maria of any dietary/allergy requirements when booking.

Photographs: will be taken by members on outings and may be used in our Bulletin and website. If you do NOT wish any photos of you to be included please advise Maria when booking.
