Tai chi is recommended for older people and is very good for your balance. Breathing and stretching exercises help to keep you supple.

Very very relaxing!!

Taught by a qualified practitioner; this activity incurs a small charge.

One group meets on Wednesdays in Divis Community Centre at 11am, charge £2.00.

Another group meets on Fridays at Grove Well Being Centre at 11.15am, charge £2.20.
