Volunteers wanted

We need more people to meet and greet members at both venues. Not just for new members but also for people who don’t feel able to come to meetings without some friendly support. - They may have difficulty seeing or hearing or may have some disability apparent or not that means they don’t feel able to attend. We would like to have a pool of people to call upon who could take on this role either as a one off or more regularly at one or both venues so that we can ensure our meetings are as accessible for all as is possible– If this is something you could do then please give your name to either Sheila or me.
