Please complete the application form available to download here and return it to our Membership Secretary: Pam Parker, 47 Well House, Woodmansterne Lane, Banstead SM7 3AB Tel 01737 361642. Paper application forms are available from Banstead Library.
Subscriptions:
Subscription renewals are due on 1st September and cost £15 for full members and £10 for associate members (associates who have notified us that they are already full members of another u3a). Membership lasts from 1st Sept to 31st August. Members joining after 1st June will receive extended membership until 31st August the following year.
Printed cards are not provided but will be sent by email to all who have an email address.
We would encourage you to pay by bank transfer to avoid bank charges to:

Please send an email to Pam Parker confirming the amount of your payment and giving the name/s and membership number/s (existing members) or the people you are paying for.
Otherwise you can renew your subscription in one of the following ways:
By cheque made payable to u3a Banstead and posted to Pam Parker, 47 Well House, Woodmansterne Lane, Banstead SM7 3AB. Please write the full name(s) and membership number(s) (existing members) of those you are paying for on the reverse side of the cheque.
Alternatively, you can renew in person at the Open House event or the AGM.

U3a Banstead Area is run entirely by volunteers, therefore we always welcome and need more volunteers to help in various ways, so please complete the questionnaire at the end of the application form to indicate how you may be able to help.
