Bridge - for beginners

Update

If you have a basic understanding of the rules of bridge and want to learn more, or if you are a complete beginner wanting to take up a new interest, then this is the group for you. We have two sub-groups, beginners and improvers, and each group has a lesson one week and free play the next. Lessons usually consist of a brief explanation of the chosen topic and then a number of practice hands with discussion after each one. Etiquette is our watchword, with no complaints or criticism of another player permitted and laughter at our own mistakes encouraged.
The group has grown too large for a private home and now meets in the Friendship Hall, where new members are always very welcome. No need to bring anything – except that your crib sheets supplied after each lesson may be helpful..

To contact the convenor go to the groups page, click on the 'Blue Bird', select group and leave a message.

Or you can enquire and or sign up at the Aylsham and District U3A monthly meeting.
