Laughter club
We meet at 2:15pm in the Quaker Room, Aylsham on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
There are no jokes, no comedy, you don’t even need a sense of humour – we will learn to laugh together, accessing the childlike joy of play we all still have within us. Please don’t let the word “yoga” put you off joining. There are no complicated poses, simply deep breathing exercises (all of which can be done from a seated position should you so wish). The session will end with a guided relaxation followed by refreshments.
All you need to participate is a bottle of water and an open mind, as Spike Milligan wrote in his poem “Smiling is infectious”!
