Embroidery
We meet on the 2nd Wednesday of the month in the afternoon, 2-4pm at
the convenor’s home.
It is a social rather than instructional group where members bring along whatever hand
embroidery they are working on. We aim to help each other with ideas or any problems
concerning a particular piece of work. All members do individual pieces of work of different
types of embroidery, cross stitch to tapestry, cushions, pictures etc. There is always
something to learn from some of the more experienced members of the group. Our sessions
are friendly and sociable. There is always plenty of tea and cake!
