AWAKE

Tai Chi

We now run 2 Groups:

WHEN: Mondays 10.00am to 11.00am OR 11.00am to 12.00pm

WHERE: St Luke's Church Hall

WHO FOR: Anyone able to stand on 2 legs basically. No experience necessary but if you have done Tai Chi before please come and join in too! There are many benefits for health and well-being.

Both of our groups are now well established, and there are still places available for others to join us. The class is taught expertly and in a relaxed manner by instructor, Mike Maduro. The cost is approximately £3 per lesson (or less), but is collected on a 6 week basis so that both instructor and Hall can be paid reliably. If interested, you should contact Chris Coates to discuss.

If you have been considering taking up Tai Chi this would be an excellent chance to get started. For more information please do contact Chris Coates.
