NatureWatch
Formerly 'Natural History / Birds'- re-named to reflect our interest across all forms of Outdoor Wildlife
----- Our Group, which has grown in numbers this year, seems at last to have developed the knack of getting the right weather for our meeting days. We welcome prospective new members, with or without their own transport, and are happy for them to try out a visit to see what they are letting themselves in for. Although we currently have 20 members, they never all attend at the same time as everybody has other interests and responsibilities to work round and all we ask is that people let us know in advance if they are coming so that we can be sure of transport and who to let know if plans have to change in the event of predicted bad weather. (It is on these occasions that I wish we ran a nice indoor Group!). We would also welcome any current or prospective member to take over the running of the Group as the 2 current “Leaders” are both developing mobility problems, hardly helpful for an Outdoor Group, – and might be better joining the Board Gamers !
