ALL U3A activities involving face to face meeting are currently CANCELLED
These are difficult times for us all and we are all having to get to grips with new ways of doing things. If you want to share any of your news about how you are continuing your U3A activities then please let us know so we can share this with other members. In particular we are asking you about using ZOOM, the video conferencing application. Let us know if you are using it or interested in using it via the 'Zoom Response' button on the CONTACT page.
Aston Clinton U3A was formally constituted on 8th February 2006, with an initial membership of 85, and with 21 activity groups.
We were formally admitted to the Third Age Trust on 15th May 2006, and granted charitable status on 19th July 2006.
Our membership currently is approx. 250, and with 31 activity groups.
Input and support from members is always welcome and appreciated, as it is this which makes Aston Clinton such a welcoming and popular U3A.
Main meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month, in the Anthony Hall, 33 London Road, Aston Clinton, HP22 5HG, commencing at 2.30pm. After general announcements and group news, a tea/coffee break is followed by a talk from an invited speaker on a topic of general interest, with the meeting finishing by 4.30pm.

The INFORMATION SHEET is published every month, and is e mailed to all members (who have e mail addresses), prior to the monthly meeting.

TO JOIN AN ACTIVITY GROUP, GO TO THE GROUPS PAGE, CLICK ON THE ACTIVITY GROUP, THEN MESSAGE THE GROUP LEADER VIA THE MESSENGER PIGEON IN THE TOP RIGHT HAND CORNER OF THAT PAGE.
If you are FULL MEMBER, you are eligible to participate in all Main Meetings, any Activity Group, and any Event/Trip.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERS are entitled to all of the above, except attending Main Meetings (due to the capacity of the Anthony Hall).

The membership subscription is £15.00 per annum, which is due by 1st January each year. If you join on or after the 1st July, the subscription is then £7.50.
