Westerns - April 2019
On April 23rd Mike Payne gave the group a talk on the Wonderful World of the Westerns. The talk took many of us back to Saturday morning pictures and the first TV programmes we watched. When Mike asked questions it was amazing how much we remembered about Rawhide , Wagon Train etc. Also the names of many of the actors. Mike’s enthusiasm for his subject and John Wayne made this a very entertaining meeting.
