For those who are interested in visiting gardens and seeing what other people have achieved with theirs. Everyone on the group mailing list will receive information giving a brief summary of the proposed garden to be visited including date and time.

Thu May 16th | 2pm Visit to The Old Rectory, Albury, near Thame, Oxon, OX92LP The Old Rectory has 5 acre of extensive herbaceous borders, a rose avenue, a woodland and lake walk, and a kitchen and cutting garden. There is also a sculpture by Andy Goldsworth and Tom Spogdon. The entrance fee is £10 which includes refreshments |
Thu Jun 6th | 2pm Visit to Glebe Farm, Lillingstone Lovell, near Buckingham, Bucks, MK 18 5BB Glebe Farm has a beautiful garden which is full of surprises. It has a large cottage garden with a winding gravel path amongst lawns and herbaceous borders, ponds and a wishing well. The entrance fee to the garden is £5. There are no refreshments available. |
Thu Jul 11th | 10.30 Visit to Eastmoor Lodge,East Common, Harpenden, Herts AL5 1DA Please note that this garden visit takes place in the morning at 10.30. Eastmoor Lodge has a beautiful modern garden which is half an acre in size. It contains an extensive collection of David Austin roses, various perennials, azaleas, rhododendrons and hydrangeas which is all within a woodland setting. The entrance fee to Eastmoor Lodge is £7 which includes refreshments. |
