| Tue Apr 23rd | History | 2.30pm . Another of our visits to a local church. We will be visiting Great Kimble Church. How to get there:- Take the B4009 road to P. Risborough,drive past the lay-by we parked in for the Little Kimble church visit. Soon after that you will clearly see the Great Kimble Church on the right, and almost immediately on the left there is a lay-by. You can park here and cross the road to the church. Please remember to car-share if at all possible. There are a couple of places near the church where people with mobility issues can park. Roger Howgate is our guide once more so we look forward to a lively talk! The church will be open for us, and we plan to start at 2.30pm. Looking forward to seeing you all there and let’s hope for some sunshine! |

| Tue Apr 30th | Events | A coach trip to Covent Garden, for a ‘Behind the Scenes’ tour of the Royal Opera House, home to the Royal Ballet and Royal Opera. We have been split into two groups for the tours at 2.15 and 2.45. There will be some free time in Covent Garden. The coach will leave from the bus stop opposite The Bell at 9am. This is subject to ongoing roadworks. We leave Covent Garden at 5pm. This trip is now full. |
