This new group started in September 2018 and meets every Monday evening from 7 until 9. It is designed for beginners, gradually adding new dances and steps which are listed on the Dances page.

We currently hold our sessions in the function room at Yeldersley Hall, which is about 2 miles south of Ashbourne on the A52 Derby Road. Parking is available in the courtyard which is through the archway at the hall. The entrance door to the function room is by the external spiral staircase in the courtyard. There is a small charge to cover the cost of cleaning and heating the room, currently set at £1 per head.

We take a break half way through for a rest and a chat. No refreshments are served, but it is a good idea to bring a water bottle or a cup, fresh water is available in the kitchen.

New members are welcome, it’s a relaxed atmosphere and good exercise for the brain as well as the body!

We will be taking a short summer break with the last session on Monday 15 July. We plan to return on 2 September.
