What does the Group do? The group aims to learn about making bread and other yeast goodies, starting with a loaf and going through to pitta bread, Chelsea buns etc, depending on the group members' interests.
Group Leader: Gill Winder
Level of Expertise: The sessions are aimed at anyone. Numbers for each course will be restricted to a maximum of 6, and participants could be grouped according to knowledge if necessary.
Meetings: Each course will run for five weekly sessions. Meeting days are dependent on the people in the group, but the group will meet in the afternoon, around 1pm, to allow time for the dough to prove and bake.
Venue: Private home in Felpham
Costs: There will be costs involved for the ingredients, and the fuel costs for the baking but this will vary with what is made. Gill will provide all necessary utensils.
