This recently formed group meets weekly on a Monday from 2 - 3.30 at The St Mary's Centre in Felpham.
Plenty of parking and on a bus route.
Tai Chi is gentle slow exercise known to improve balance and destress.
This is a friendly guided group where everyone does each exercise to their own limits.
Each session follows the same path starting with a warm up and Tai Chi walk. We then complete the 18 standing moves followed by some sitting moves. We have a refreshment break before repeating the walk and 18 moves. We finish with a short 5 finger meditation.
