WHAT DOES THE GROUP DO?:
The type of yoga is known as DRU Yoga and its Thi Chi style where you move and breathe in coordination. Listening to your body first and me next.
Going to the ‘ummmm’ without going to ‘Ouuu’.
This leaves you with a feel good factor, and increases flexibility and keeps you young.
LEVEL OF EXPERTISE THE GROUP IS AIMED AT:
A group Wednesdays 9.45 – 11.00 and B group 11.15 –12.30
