U3A is a self-help organisation for older people no longer in full time employment -providing educational, creative and leisure opportunities in a friendly environment.

It consists of local U3As all over the UK and are run entirely by volunteers.

The U3A organisation has many events organised on the internet for members. One of those is chair based exercise sessions for more mature people. The U3A have six exercise sessions with Mr Motivator who is 68 years old (remember him?) on YouTube. They are free and available at any time. Click here to go the exercise session

Our programme has been curtailed by the COVID19 lock down, however we hope to have meetings started again when it is safe to do so.
