If you have any news for the monthly bulletin please send to Graham Goodall about 4 days before end of the month
Recent Bulletins can be accessed by clicking on the link shown. This will open a pdf file which you can download and print if you would like to. Information from the Bulletins will also be copied to appropriate areas of the website.
Any other news items will either be entered here, or, via a link on the right of this page.
For those not on email, copies of the Bulletin are available at the weekly Open House held at Wilfred House, Carter Street, Uttoxeter, ST14 8EY where the Notice Board also displays all current information regarding new groups, trips etc, together with copies of administrative papers such as insurances, forms, meeting minutes etc. Our own permanent Noticeboard can also be found on the left-hand side of the corridor as you enter Wilfred House, meaning that key u3a information can be viewed at any time that Wilfred House is open.

Magazine - the Marketing Team is planning to introduce a new "Uttoxeter u3a Magazine" during 2024. More details will be released as they become available.

Personal Data Protection - At the end of May 2018, the UK regulations on personal data protection were updated and there are a couple of things that we should bring to your notice. We hold and use personal information necessary to provide you with u3a services relevant to your membership. We have successfully done so for 15 years in a secure and confidential manner. We hold your name and address plus your email address and telephone numbers where you have elected to provide them and your optional election for gift aid. There will be no changes to this system except to make it clear that you have the right to see an extract of the information we hold and to opt in or out of email, telephone or postal communications [but not all]. We don’t hold, or propose to hold, any further information that is not necessary for your enjoyment of Uttoxeter and District u3a.
Photographs - Occasionally pictures are taken at u3a group meetings, Open House etc. Please make the photographer aware if you do NOT wish to be included in the picture, thankyou.
Our u3a has room for more subject interest groups to keep our members busy in mind and body. If you have a specialism or an interest you would like to share, we need you!!
New members who have not yet found their pet subject and would like the opportunity to start a group of like minded people would be most welcome. Please contact Rob Hawkins (our Chairman) or Graham Goodall (our Group Leaders Administrator).
