Luncheon Club: 26th April, Pibwrlwyd, Carmarthen Catering College. Cost £20 for
3 courses, to be collected at April meeting (20 persons max).

Real Ale: 26th April, 12.30 pm at The Buck, Pontlliw.

Social Walks: 13th April, Waterfalls, Glynneath. 10.00 am from Bont Comp

Art Appreciation for May:
On Monday 13th May, 1.00 pm, we will go to the Sew Far, Sew Good Exhibition by the
Stitching Botanical Group at the National Botanical Garden of Wales. Contact Jacqui for a
lift if required.

Garden visit for April: Clyne Gardens
Meeting Teifion, the head gardener at 11.00 am (donation £5 pp on day). If you would
like lunch in the Woodman, please phone ahead to book. Tel: 01792 402700. If parking in
the Woodman car park, register your car in the pub when you arrive.

Garden visit for May: Picton Castle & Saundersfoot
21st May, 9.30am from Bont Bus Station. Coach price approximately £15. Entrance to
Picton Castle Gardens, including castle tour is £15.50. Coach will leave Pontarddulais at
9.30 am. Names to Lesley in U3a meeting. Payment for entry and bus required in April
meeting, as needs to be pre-booked.

Garden visit for June: Dyffryn Gardens & Cowbridge
18th June, 9.30am from Bont Bus Station. Coach price approximately £20. Group
entrance £11.40 (pay on the day) – National Trust members free. Payment for bus
required at May meeting
