Change to the Sub-page Option

It didn't take me long to realise that the new "sub-page" option was causing confusion: it was too easy for people to make unwanted pages inadvertently! I've now altered it so that:

• The option appears in only one place on the sidebar menu: under the main heading "Pages",
• You need to confirm via a normal "Save" button in order to create the page.

As a side-effect of this change:

• You will always need to select the "parent" page, from which the sub-page is linked,
• Sub-pages can be linked from individual group pages as well as from the five main pages.

The amended Help file about sub-pages is here, and other related Help files have been changed to correspond.

Aplologies for producing a "trap for the unwary": I hope the new version will be more satisfactory.
