u3a means meeting with other people to share experiences and knowledge while enjoying each other’s company and learning together, sometimes formally and often informally
Littleborough currently has over 30 activity groups which are led by u3a members.Groups meet in members' own homes or in local venues. It depends on the kind of activity and the size of the group. All groups are self-supporting. If charges are incurred for hall hire or refreshments, group members will share the cost of this.
Further information about any group will be available at the monthly meetings, or by clicking on the bird at the top of each group page you will be able to send an email to the group convenor.
