Wrexham is a large market town with much history. It has a University, good schools and 6th Form College, Museums showing the Industrial past as well as excellent purpose built shopping areas.
The Population of the borough is about 133 thousand. Wrexham is surrounded by lovely countryside with good walking areas. It boasts two top class National Trust properties in Erddig Hall and Chirk Castle and also the famous Froncysyllte Aqueduct which carries the Shropshire (Llangollen) Canal across the Dee Valley.
