How to join Derby u3a
New members are very welcome.

- attending a New Members' Meeting - even if you are only thinking of joining, you are welcome to attend. See Events page for details of our next meeting. BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL
- coming along to one of our general monthly meetings as a visitor - see events page. You'll find friendly "Meet and Greeters" there at our New and Prospective members table. You can attend up to two monthly meetings before joining.
What does it cost?
Full Membership (starting 1 January 2023):
£20.00 January to December
£10.00 July to December
Associate membership (where main membership is with another U3A):
£16.00 January to December
£8.00 July to December
How do I join
You can apply to join online by downloading the membership application form (in Word and pdf versions below) and emailing it to the membership email. Payment should be made by bank transfer – details are given on the form. If you have problems downloading the form, please contact the Web Manager

You can also apply by post. Contact the Membership Secretary to request a membership form.
Gift Aid
Boost your membership by 25p of Gift Aid for every £1 you pay in membership fee. Gift Aid is reclaimed by the Derby U3A from the tax you pay for the current tax year. Your address is needed to identify you as a current UK taxpayer.
Contact the Membership Secretary or Treasurer to request a Gift Aid form to complete and return in the post or complete the Gift Aid form to download, complete electronically and email to Treasurer email address.
