| Thu May 2nd | Monthly general meeting at Wyken Community Centre, 2pm. This month's speaker is Simon Watts: A Tail of Two Eagles - Scottish wildlife including Pine Martens and Red Squirrels. Also tea/coffee and a biscuit will be served. £1.50 entrance fee and a raffle. |
| Tue May 7th | Book Lovers discussion group: "Trespasses", by Louise Kennedy. Meet at 2.00pm. Contact Sue Solomon for details. |
| Thu May 23rd | The History of Everything: Nelson and the Battle of Trafalgar, a talk by Bill Day at Wyken Community Centre, starting at 11.00am. There will be a charge of £2.50 to cover room hire and tea or coffee which will be available. |

| Wed Apr 24th | Short Walk at Miners' Welfare Park, Bedworth. Meet at Bedworth Leisure Centre CV12 8NN. Park at the back, for 10.55am. Lunch at Beefeater, The Griff Inn, Bedworth CV10 7PJ. Contact Anne Tithecott if you didn't sign the sheet at the monthly meeting, particularly if a lift is required. Walk is on tarmac and grass, so could be muddy in places. |
