Fri Dec 8th CHRISTMAS LUNCH 2017

Well, it’s that time of year again when we think about booking our Christmas lunch.

This year’s lunch will again be at Henley Golf Club on Friday 8 December.

PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO CORE MEETING ON
FRIDAY 1 DECEMBER.

The format will be the same as previous years - i.e. 12.00 noon for 12.30, music and a reception drink on arrival, lunch at 12.30 then a comfort break of 20 minutes followed by entertainment, finishing around 3.30 pm.

The cost this year will be £24.00.

We will again be using an alphabetic code reference for the choices for each course, so when paying for your lunch can you please ensure you know what your choices are and the relevant code reference. Also, if you have a food allergy, please state this at the time of ordering your menu choices.

It is so much easier for accounting purposes if you pay by cheque and the simplest thing to do is write your menu choice codes on the reverse of your cheque.

Notices detailing the arrangements and menu choices are on the website and there are several similar notices displayed in the church today.

BOOKINGS WILL BE TAKEN AT THE OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER CORE MEETINGS.
