Sixty Study Days; Fifty at Menuhin Hall

The Surrey U3A Network has been presenting Study Days since October 2004 and since October 2005 they have been held at the Menuhin Hall. In March 2012 we celebrated our Sixtieth Study Day and our Fiftieth at the Menuhin Hall. The cake which is shown below was made by Pippa Carter from Bookham U3A to celebrate the occasion. The title of the Study Day presented by by Mick Wright was Volcanoes, Earthquakes and Tsunamis, and these topics were represented on the cake by Pele, Hawaiian goddess of volcanoes, Poseidon, Greek god of earthquakes and tsunamis, and Ragnarok, the doom of the gods.

We held our Eightieth Study Day in September 2014. For information about forthcoming Study Days, please click the Events button.
